Did you end up with much snow, Java? We are still getting some snow but it is light now. But the wind is still bad. I shoveled the sidewalk so I could get out of my gate and the area that drifts has already drifted to the same height it was when I shoveled it. I did have to shovel between the 2 barns so I could carry water without too much trouble.

We only got maybe 4 inches. I shoveled the driveway yesterday and it was just very light fluff. It's been snowing all morning again but hasn't really added to the total. It's weird. And it's not super windy here so no drifting. Guess we got lucky. I saw on the news last night that my area was in the 'eye' of the storm, so that's why our total was low. Works for me

Perdy - due Feb. 10. She has taken to licking and drooling all over me, especially my hair. She's a good mommy. Will not let me touch her belly today - it was moving like crazy.
Sorry for the fence - they won't let me take a pic from behind if I go in the pen with them.
Rory - due Feb 14. Still wants only her head petted. If I even look at her tummy she stomps off in a huff. She's not nearly as round as Perdy, but has grown a bit just in the last 2 days. I'm hoping for twins.

Actually our first 4-H meeting of the year is tomorrow so hubby is going to go with Grace and seek phone numbers for just in case purposes. But nobody else has goats so
if it will help. I'm hoping someone will know how to disbud and can teach me. And hey - SD is my online birthing partner. Her goats are due around then too
I'll probably have the laptop out in the barn with me. I WILL be there with them. I have cleared my schedule for the week/month. whatever amount of time it takes. Maybe I should use a webcam? My wireless reaches to the barn.
