Almost Self-Reliant
There's nothing worth reporting in the goat barn this morning. I didn't have any nightmares either 
It has gotten very cold here and I hope they hold out for 3 or 4 days when it's supposed to warm up.
I apparently have a cat that can do magic tricks. Linus has always been a stinker. This morning I set a duck egg that had frozen on the porch and then walked out to the chicken coop the let them out. (mind you - this is a 20 foot distance and took about 10 seconds) When I cam back to the porch Linus was sitting there and the egg was gone. Poof. Vanished. I have looked all over that porch and cannot find it.
This isn't the first time he's made something disappear and I find all kinds of treasures in his bed

Almost Self-Reliant
We ended up with about an inch of snow. I was surprised because it was looking like just the southern half of the state was going to be affected. My last girl that I'm not sure of a due date is getting close and I'm hoping she holds off until warmer weather. I need to get someone out of a kidding stall to get ready for her and it is too cold to kick the little ones out of the kidding stalls. Then I don't have any births until the middle of March. I"m glad to get a break. Hopefully get these kids sold before the next batch comes.
