Wouldn't a SS cookbook be great? Think of all the unique recipes SSers come up with. All practical and wholesome, of course.

I did post some recipes on byc, but did not enter any into the byc cookbook. Did either of you?

I think an ss book would be a grand idea - something along the lines of Carla Emery's encyclopedia - bits and bobs of everything ss! Combined with the back of Grandmother's cookbooks, that always had general life and serving food advice in them.

My sister and I sit and panic about winter approaching every year. It really chaps my hide when I hear people say things like -- "Great - I hope is snows a lot this year!"

Obviously people that never have to go outside in the winter and do chores.
