Hey darlin', how's your day going so far? Who is eating all that bread :ep I have to get some bread flour and yeast so I can start making some. When you use your bread machine to mix the dough do you use regular yeast or bread machine yeast? I want to let my machine mix the dough and then put it in regular loaf pans to bake it. I don't like the shape when it is done in the bread machine and I also don't like the hole in the middle of the loaf from the mixer. I also found a book with only bread machine recipes at TJ Maxx for a few dollars so I snagged that. I hope it works out....you are inspiring me to try again!

Yesterday after our Experiencing God gathering, dh and I ran some errands in town and went to the craft show at the community center. I found some alpaca yarn that I really wanted to purchase, but didnt. It was just gorgeous, but not inexpensive. I almost bought a tote from a young girl trying to raise money for a mission trip - but didntI have enough tote bags and this ridiculous addiction has just got to stop! I did buy a knitted dish cloth from one woman for $1. I can make these, but all my craft stuff is in storage right now.
What was used for the dish cloth? I was very excited to read this with my newly found knitting talent!!
I want to do a sisal scrubbie next. My dog chewed mine, but now I can knit many. I feel so empowered :ya

You must have been reading my mind (or me-yours)because I was thinking about finding Alpaca yarn. I assumed that it was all used in finished products so your mentioning this gives me hope.
I had to laugh about your tote addiction! When it rains it pours those, LOL! :gig

Thanks for the info. :D

Good tip on the vinegar and sun.

I should have mentioned that the sisal scrubbies are for the skin in the bath. They soften when wet like loofahs. A sponge is stuffed inside to hold soapy water.
