I feel your pain on the rain. We have low spots on our property on either end of the house :/ and just about the time the end where we park dried up enough we could park there it rained again It's dry enough to park there now The other end however is still a small pond.

It's 24 C over here on the other side of the lake, which translates to about 78 F.YaY!!! but it's windy!!!!
