Cost effective is #1 concern for the dish. Those both look very good.

Thanks for the info on egg binding. I hate that it happened this way and I lost Bertha but at least I know what to look for if it should happen again. Even if I had intervened I still could have lost her. Sometimes it just happens.

That chocolate cake recipe looks interesting! I might just have to try that one!
