Rain here was horrendous last night. I came home from SIL's viewing in rain so heavy I couldn't even see the road! At times, I was only going about 25, and even then almost went down the wrong road at an intersection of several road. I couldn't see where I was supposed to go.

Well, no births so far. I had Lily in the kidding pen last night just in case but nothing happened. She is back in with the girls for the day. Then I will put her back in the kidding pen at night. Keturah's 145 due date is Saturday. Lily is a second freshener and Keturah is a first freshener. So we will see how it goes.

Snow ended up being not as bad as they predicted (at least so far). Further north did get hit bad but I'm very thankful that we didn't. Just some minor shoveling will have to be done. I worked so hard yesterday getting things in place that it will be an easy animal day. I may even take a nap this afternoon. With previous flooding problems and then working on Monday (constantly moving and on my feet all day), my muscles are still a little sore.

After seeing the news this morning about the earthquake and tsunami, I really have no complaints about the weather in our area.

I feel like we finally caught a break. An inch of snow - no big deal right? The forecast looks to be turning around finally.

Lily had quads this morning. One female and 3 males. All are doing well and nursing. Birth was textbook.

Thanks! I wish there were more females in that number but healthy is most important.

Pinkfox - do you want a bottle baby or after he is weaned. ;)
