I ordered my nucs last night!!!!
Shhhh....don't tell hubby but I ordered 2
One of the gentleman is going to go pick them up in April. He said last year the guy they got them from wouldn't let them go until they were "good and ready"....said they came with 4 full frames and a marked queen, one guy that got them from him last year said he had to add another hive body after 1 month so I am very pleased and he is local (3 hrs away) so I don't have to pay for shipping. They were $83 each, I didn't think that was too bad.
They also said that www.Mannlakeltd.com is having a fall special on equipment, no shipping! If anyone needs anything that is a good deal!
I woke up to the neighbor's dog circling my meaties out in the field. he had pawed at some of the wire next to the door and popped a few staples but otherwise he left them alone.
I managed to get him back home....he even had his shock collar on but he broke through that and then through the electric fence for the cows. 
I'm going hunting when hubby gets home this evening so
I can get a deer. I gotta go hang my coveralls out so they can air out before I go.
Made chicken fajitas last night....man were they good....gonna have leftovers tonight.
Gonna hunt all day tomorrow too.... woohoo!!! I have a book by Greg Isles that MIL gave me to read so that will be nice. I also got a book from the library yesterday called Don't Know Much About History:Everything you need to know about American History but never learned. It looks cool so I may take that one too.
