The sun hasn't come up to check on him this morning, but Ginger was very happy to see him. We had torrents of rain coming down so I sent my son out to put him back with mom. He said she was "so happy".....but didn't see if he was nursing. I'm sure he will, he did not have any problem with that before.

I just hope his stools are normal this morning now after going back with mom.

We have a couple days of heavy rain predicted so they may not get as much outside time.

That may be a blessing in disguise, though. If they're forced to stay together inside they'll be forced to spend time getting reaquainted.

I'm glad to hear they're all doing well again. You're such a great grandma!

No, I have great friends on a special internet forum who help a deaf old lady take care of her new charges.

Well unfortunately I think I was a little premature. This morning, he looks great, acting more normal, seem hydrated, but...........

some scours. Not a ton like before, but this is how he looked a couple days before it got bad.

Ginger is EMPTY as empty can be. I did not know she could be so empty and learned today how I did not finish milking her before! Her udders are quite small this morning, the smallest I have seen so I think he drank plenty last night.

His sister is really seeming larger than him. Molly's buckling is fine and I see a normal healthy looking poo for him. Molly is suddenly overly full of milk and I'm going to bring her in to milk her again. It seems like she is having a hard time getting regulated, her milk supply isn't consistent.

We are having torrential rain.

So I'm thinking my morning project isn't trying my hand at baking bread like I thought, it is milking Molly and I think I need to bring Buckley back in.

I only saw one small normal poo, and it wasn't quite as formed as the poo I saw for Sebastian this morning. Maybe I don't know that well what a normal goat poo should look like.

I wonder if I should give him the scours medication again or just the electrolytes? I think he is full (of milk) at the moment, but I'm setting his indoor "stall" back up. Poor little guy was really enjoying being with them.

My bigger stall is where Molly is and my smaller stall is where Ginger and her baby are. For some reason they won't switch. I wish they would though because then I could put Buckley in there in a crate. If I can get them to switch and bolt them in today I just might.

I think what I'd do is give him the scours medication. If he filled up on milk last night, whatever is in his digestive system might flare back up so if you catch it early enough it might be as bad this time.

Sorry he took a step back, but at least it's not as bad as before!
