I've been forgetting to jot down my "workouts".

I have done a few 4 milers last week, and yesterday I only got a one miler in due to the fact that I had to hang around to wait for the repairman to install my "new" used dryer.

(Cant hang out clothes this time of year, they will mildew. :/ )

Anyway, I'm back on track for this afternoon's 4 mile brisk, hilly walk. :D

I'm forgetting about my own thread!!

I walked 4 miles today on the "new route" full of hills.

I can't remember what I did during my "hiding under my chair' phase.

I'm heading out for my usual 4 mile walk...with hills. :) I have been forgetting to blog my daily walks! :p

I remember yesterday I did a two miler at my favorite park by the water. They have an awesome set of stairs up the cliff, they just keep going and going. I did them twice!

I love it! It has a upper body workout "rubber band" also that goes under it, and I can tell a difference in my legs and butt.:D
