Farming is supposed to be one of the most dangerous occupations there is. Should make us all appreciate every bite we eat & give silent thanks to every farmer out there.

So sorry for your neighbors... :(

thanks and yes it is dangerous

now Tony is telling me stories of when younger how he rode his tractor on 2 wheels and almost flipped etc etc

stories I don't want to hear LOL


ugh, every step is dangerous in life I guess----

Yes, and we should all remember to keep the roll bar up and our seatbelts on when on tractors! I had a scary moment when a tractor tipped with me on it, and that was all it took for me!

:hugs Sorry to hear about the loss of your neighbor!

A classmate's younger brother died a couple years ago at age 26 when a tractor rolled over on him and then caught on fire. His dad heard it and could not get there in time to get it off of him. He left behind a wife and young children.

How tragic and so very young....a fella here in town, about 36 or so, was killed a couple of years ago when his tractor rolled head over heels on him, down a hill. It was at night, and they were having a party, when he went to use the tractor to push some more wood over to the bonfire...

I can't imagine, at all....
