I can only hope my Kats get that big! I don't think they will, especially Ugly Betty....she has horrible conformation. I noticed she has nice small ears. The fellow I bought off of had a few like that and he didn't like that trait. I did.

I'm really interested in getting that Royal White breeding that he is moving towards. Have you thought of breeding yet?

Whew, breeding would be a dream come true, but I am taking baby steps at the moment.

Dolly is a confirmed Border Chevoit sheep and they are known to throw twins. The newborns are also very hardy and can survive harsh winters. I was told she was something else, but they were wrong.

I am still learning about Katahdins, I just kinda had her tossed into my lap recently. Dolly needed a friend so it worked out perfectly.

Dolly has soft fluffy wool and this Katahdin has brillo-y stubby "wool" er, hair. They are so different, but both greasy with lanolin!
