I have been having cucumber yogurt salad with some garlic and a dash of salt. Also, some naan bread with sun dried tomato(in olive oil) and zatar seasoning.Broiled in the oven and great with the cucumber yogurt salad.

Love veggie chips(beets, sweet potato, and so on) but I eat way to much.

I have been indulging in my homemade ice cappucino's. I freeze some goats milk in ice cube trays. then , once frozen, I put them in the blender with a teaspoon of instant coffee, (or you can use strong perked), sweetener to taste and a bit of milk ( or if you are using perked coffee, no milk) as splash of vanilla or chocolate syrup, and blend away.
I am totally going to be making these as soon as it stops raining here! That sounds SOOOO good. I love the ones from Tim Hortons, but it's just way too expensive :) I'll have to use regular milk since I don't have goats, but I think it will still work.

I just opened a quart jar of dehydrated apples sprinkled with cinnamon.

Recently we tried our first jar of cashew butter. I didn't last long. GOOD STUFF! :D

They are sooo much better than Timmy's too. Since it is frozen milk, you don't get that watered down icey stuff at teh bottom of your cup. Pure creamy goodness down to the last drop.. Just make sure you let your milk cubes thaw a bit, so they are easier to blend. A better ice cap than tim Hortons for only pennies.

I am going to make one right now. :drool
