So if I was super worried I could top dress with ammonium chloride? Their minerals already have it, and he is fond of his minerals.

I swear I didn't stick my tongue out, lol! Not sure how that got there....

But - yes you could definitely top dress with AC.

You have to put a space between the : and the p. It's the shortcut for that face. Look at BYH... There are tongues sticking out all over the goat threads lol

Ok that'll make life easier, thanks!

Well I'm not as experienced as you, so I lean towards neurotic lol. Shhh this is where I pretend I'm not neurotic anyway...

I obsessively research feed for everyone. I'm just a goat brain so spend the most time worrying about them! Lol

Well my little man has gone to his new home. These people were soooo nice. They were super late because of leaf peeper traffic, lol we all forgot it was Columbus Day weekend. Anyway they're a young couple with a hobby farm with 3 other wethers. She had him ride in her lap on the way home and he cuddled right up with her. They promised to send pics! My husband and daughter were a little mad at me for selling him, but DH admitted he'll have a better, more spoiled home with them! And, now I buy hay. I didn't charge them much but it's enough for maybe 6 weeks to 2 months of hay for the rest of the gang.

Got an email about my doe today, but no return email once I sent them her paperwork. We'll see, if she doesn't sell I'll have more milk!

Ahhhhh - I love it when I know my critters are going to a great home! Sounds like he's gonna be a pampered pet for sure, lol.

Maybe the people interested in the doe are just researching and will get back to you eventually? Who knows...sometimes buyers are great and sometimes they're just weird.

Yeah who knows what they're doing! I just don't understand why people can't send a quick email to say they're looking into it and will get back soon. But I guess maybe I expect too much! Lol. Honestly there are a few prominent Nigerian breeders in the area, and I can't buy a Nigie (if I wanted to) without researching them, because they all seem to be related. So if they know that, I'm sure that's what they're doing! Nigies are big here.

It really did make my day that they were so nice. And they both work for a big NH gun manufacturer so I had to tear DH and the husband apart so we could move on with our day! Lol

Pleasant life for the little buck, more hay for your others. Sounds perfect to me! Besides, you have said 2 does were really harassing him. Sometimes a herd change is best for all -- now your does can harass each other! :D
