Thanks! We're hoping for a double wide. They have one for a really good price right now... would even have space for another human if we want, lol.

While this year has been rough for farming, we had a baby, got a new car, got a tractor, and now we're getting a new house. So I'd say we're doing pretty good

DH and his dad are heading down today . I almost feel bad for the salesman... FIL is not fun to bargain with, lol. If he gets the deal we want we'll pour concrete within a week or two and have that place here well before Christmas. If not then hey, we'll spend a lot less and throw up a new single wide. Either way this place will be gone before Christmas. Woohoo!
