Since you said she was in with the male for 3 weeks and no hand breeding was done, I'm thinking this is a project management mistake and not Debbie's at all!

Did the project manager hire the right estimators and staff for the project? Did the project manager study all options before going forward with this project? Did the project manager consider all consequences and future problems when going forward with said plan?

:yuckyuck

That being said, it appears that at the end of the day, all the great ideas of how to manage this challenge will need to cascade down to the middle management, which could lead to cross functional goal attainment while improving the life cycle of the project.

translation: get yer f'in baby outa there, goat, or we'll send someone "up" there to do it for ya....

on another note, I used to HATE reading dilbert in the funnies, cus it wasn't funny to me. I was sick and disgusted by the corporate life. Now, I find dilbert amusing....

Hi, I'm Barbara and I'm a former corporate drone....

BREAKING STORY
Dateline: A small Amish town, Ohio

Local officials are calling two hard workin' farm dogs 'heros' today after they pulled their owner to safety during a live goat birth. Town leaders say that Titan and Lucky were then able to call 911 and bark in Morse code the message:

"My momma passed out in the goat barn because she is a big chicken please come and help her."

When EMT arrived they found the woman passed out in a heap in the barnyard and two neighbor kids successfully delivering two little bundles of joy.

The woman, known only as "The Chicken", was later identified as Ohiofarmgirl. She was revived at the scene and muttered something about "how Klingon management tactics work" and needing a bottle of tequila. She was taken in for observation as anonymous source called her a "whack job." That gander was later also taken into custody for allegedly attacking one of the attending officers.

More on this late breaking story but for now.. getta load of these:
