actually we dont have escalation procedures here, they all go directly to me. its part of my "I'm the boss of you" management program. i tell them i have an open door policy but its a bunch of hooey.

however, The Big Man verily threw himself over Nibbles and begged me to reconsider her "reassignment."

and then there was a lot of grumbling from other parties about how Ginger is the new "golden girl" and is really just a puppet for management.

Vita, who is SVP of the goat division, and i are having a working lunch tomorrow to discuss the recent poor performance and how she is going to take action. heads may roll - and around here that means something! just ask those tom turkeys who were causing the ruckus last week.

So, did she get a warning and put on a probationary time period?

Will there be a re-evaluation of her job performance in 6 weeks?

nah...I wasn't HR. I was head of the Customer Service Dept. Altho my last title was Client Service Requirements Manager. Me, myself and I were my subordinates.

So I'm thinkin' that Nibbles just needs a refresher course in client management, er... satisfaction. She needs to be reminded what the client really wants, what they expect of her, how she will ensure client satisfaction, so that her assignment on this major account won't be jeopardized and the company will be deliciously, er... obtain additional PO's for the work to be done.

Ohiofarmgirl's Farm is happy to announce that Nibbles, former mommy and valued team member, is moving on to greener pastures. Nibbles will be leaving the organization to pursue other interests. We thank her for all her years of service (for which she will get a lovely pen) and wish her well in her new endeavors.

The Farm also wishes to announce that the two newest members of the organization have been promoted to "Littlest and Cutest." They will be moving to a bottle feeding program and will be heading up efforts to out-cute other departments. The newest members have yet to be named and a contest will be held in the Poultry Division to determine the new titles/names.
