you guys are TOO funny! she's still out there skulking around... one of the toms has an eye on her.. hopefully she'll stick around.

the bad neighbors STILL have their radio on. i just put a nice note (NOT written by me! by a friend who is much more loving) with a dog toy suggesting that they dog is bored and the radio isnt helping, and if they dont turn off that #((*)$)!! thing we are gonna call SOMEONE to check on their property b/c we are so worried they are laying dead in the yard. or something like that.

HAPPY THURSDAY!

oh golly me.. its finally QUIET. thats right. after five days of listening to the stupid-head-bad-neighbor's stupid radio that has been on day and nite.. its QUIET.

i didnt really say too much about this mostly because we were honestly afraid there was some kind of crime committed against them since there has been a radio OUT IN THEIR YARD turned on so loud we could hear it in our house since last friday. we didnt see 'em laying dead in the yard when we checked on monday...and yesterday we think they finally were around.

they didnt pay my "will you please turn your radio off at nite" note in their box any mind...

... but when the sheriff knocked on their door after i called at 4:35 in the am ... they had a different response entirely.

so now its quiet.

i'm rallying the dogs and we are getting more fence just in case there is some kind of retribution.

I was just thinking that calling in the law would be your next move.

I did that once to my neighbors. Their garage was about 20 ft down hill from my bedroom. They were having band practice at about 3 am. When the Sheriff came they were playing so loudly they did not here him rap on their front door or the garage door. We watched the Sheriff walk around the back of the garage and knock on the window. It got quiet really quick... When they opened the door the first thing out of the sheriff's mouth was "What are you thinking?". I loved it.

Glad to hear yo finally got some peace and quiet.
