She's gonna figure out how to make a tequilla pie!!!

You know I have a recipe I bet we could adapt to make Margarita pie!

It is my MIL's Lemonade Pie, but I have made it with Limeade before to great success.

Here we go on an UNTESTED Idea... specially for OFG!

Margarita Pie

1 small can frozen Limeade (or frozen margarita mixer)
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 container Cool Whip (I am sure we could use a very heavy sweet cream here)
6-8 shots of tequila (your choice of brand)
graham cracker crust (or almond meal and butter crust if you are GF)

Mix the Limeade with the Eagle brand milk and add tequilia. Stir till fluffy.

Fold in Cool Whip (or stiffly beaten heavy cream)

Pour into pie crust.

Freeze (I don't know about this part - the normal pie freezes into a firm fluff the alcohol MAY prevent the freezing part)

Slice into 6 or 8 slices and eat into happiness!

There you go.

Now one of you lushes out there needs to try this and let me know if it would actually work. If so we will put in in the recipe section and give that old Bean CAKE a run for it's money!!!

well so much for springing up at daybreak. dang! everything hurts!

but coffee is going, first check of everyone reveals no dead bodies... so we are GO for action!

but ugh.. that stupid wormwood, i'm so allergic to it. one if my eyes is all swollen. i hate that stuff.

tequila pie sounds mighty tasty....i wonder if it would be any kind of sin to have it for breakfast!?

and FD - i'm TOTALLY proud of you! yay! boo bad roosters!

so its hot, swampy, and no one is happy. but i'm getting inside stuff done. i think we are thru with the rain for now, but luckily got a few things planted before the storm started. we have a break for now but more rain later i'm sure.

we lost a duckling yesterday - dont know if Foxy Brown got him or not.. of course i'm mad b/c we spent the afternoon away from the house. so darn.

but on the upside... i'm making pie.

and i got a fun call from a pal who got his first baby duck! he's thrilled and really wants to do everything right. very fun...now if i can get him brainwashed into the goat clan.....
