wow!

so yesterday i talked with my bro and his preggo wife (and their 1yo) and Momma didn't feel so good. but we talked about how i was going to go and see them in sept after baby #2 arrived. and got it all planned out. she was going to go and lay down after we hung up and then go and do some errands.

... so i sent a text a couple hrs later checking on them... no news is good news, right? so i went to bed..

..and got woken up with a call that the baby arrived! no problems, no issues, he just was tired of being cooped up! so he's here!

apparently Finn "Wild Man" B. arrived just fine just before 6pm yesterday.. just over 4 pounds and peepin' and squeakin' like a fiend. everyone is just fine.

however it left a shocked and stunned Dad saying "i thought we were going to home depot"..... and a shocked and stunned Aunt Ohiofarmgirl saying "baby?! baby!? they have babies at home depot??"

Momma be in the hospital for a few days and come home on wed. as an almost 6 week premie Finn will be peepin' and squeakin' in the incubator at the hospital for a while. but based on his sudden arrival, i'm guessing he'll want to come home earlier.

i'll probably be offline figuring the whens and the how and golly what-do-ya-think about that...
