This heat and humidity needs to go! I literally can't go out in it for more than a few minutes - it sets off an autoimmune reaction which is a b!t@H to come back from. Thank God for AC.

I don't want to be out in it for more than a few minutes, either, but it sure beats that 6 feet of white death we had earlier this year!

and i think i must have allergies! my eyes and nose are watery and i've been sneezing like crazy!!

We've had ours set on 78 for so long, I am sitting here shivering at work under the ac. We're supposed to get rain over the next few days! Lord knows I hope it kills some of the heat.

Pretty babies!! I do not want ducks, I do not want geese, I do not want any meeps!! Who am I kidding?

AC???????? who has AC??? we don't - that willl jack up the electric bill and no way am i going to pay for THAT!

We have shade trees - and cool sweet tea to drink (yes yes i know sugar)

anyway - he made me come inside... its 95* dependin on who you believe. we've got the sprinklers going to keep the poultry cool.

My chickens are crazy - walking around with their wings out from the heat and they're still crankin out those eggs. They did the same thing this winter - no heat in their coop and they kept those eggs coming.

I can't stay out in this heat either. I get out early 6:30 or 7 to pick squash and beans and I'm back in by 9. Hubby stays out all day, or sits in his workshop with a fan blowing on him - no AC for him until it's time for tv and night. I fear I'll find him dead as a doorknob in the corn patch one of these days. I check on him several times a day.
