6 am is WAY to early to be conscious. Tomorrow at this time I need to be at work.
The things I go through! Woe and alas LOL.
I'm done with work at 3 now though
Sunny shine for me in the afternoons!!! School will be 4-8 soon, twice a week! Give me a bit of time to get used to mornings though.
8.5 hours of sleep and I am dragging because the sun isn't up yet.

I miss all the fun....potty training a puppy is hard work.....who has time to get on the computer when you are taking a puppy out to pee every 30 minutes.

oh hey DL! glad to oblige!
so we are scampering around this morning. apparently there is an ice storm coming thru. the only time we really loose power is when there is ice and high winds...
so we are hopping-to this morning. gonna get another truck of wood, get some stuff baked and this time we are both taking showers before the storm gets here!
last time i was trying to get everything done... and didnt get a shower and it was almost 5 days before the lights came on. sheesh!
fortunately tho the Good Neighbors have a generator so if it gets really bad we'll head over there.

I'm not liking the sounds of this storm :/ February is roaring in like a lion this year. Ice is scary. I've got some preparations to do today too. Buckets of water, make some extra food, etc. And thanks for mentioning the generator! We need to get some more gas for ours

Just emailed DH a list of stuff to pick up on his way home from work since the storm is headed here when it's done with you. I hate ice!!

I'm heading out to do a really super job on chores and then headed to the store. DH is working in Columbus today but plans to work from home at least Tues and Wed.

Same for us here. When I get home tonight the kids and I will be filling up feeders and waterers to the brim and also filling up buckets in the house just in case we lose power. I will be baking tonight as well. It looks like I will end up being home at least Tuesday and maybe even Wednesday. The kids are excited and were doing a snow dance this morning. I asked them to please do a snow dance and not an ice dance. Last time we had ice we were out of power for 7 days...
