Kids were out of school today and they got the wood bin in the garage refilled. Tubs are full of water and the fire is going in the fireplace.

I wish I could be as carefree and wild,
but I got cat class and I got cat style.

Just mostly snow, had stuff pelting the window about 20 minutes ago, nothing but snow now. Latest TV weather news "break in" to regular programming as it all over by 3 am....

I'm in the southwest corner of Columbiana county which is southeast of Hiram and woke up to 1/2 inch of ice coating my car this AM. Had to cancel an Amish taxi trip to western Geauga county this AM. Rescheduled for Thurs....hope it's clear by then!!! It's now about 8 PM and we're getting freezing rain again. Keep warm and safe everyone!

Small world. I lived in Canton when I was little, and my family was mostly from Minerva and nearby.

The Weatherman on one of our local stations just changed his forcast for the next few days. Looks like we are in for a high of 36 to 39 tomorrow!!

Good Grief!! With nights in the teens!! This is not normal Tucson Weather!! The last time we had these kind of lows was 50 years ago!!

Hmm.. better go let the outside faucets drip a bit so the pipes don't freeze up. I guess I should leave the lamp on all day in the chicken coop.

I will not want to go for a four mile walk with a friend in the am!! Maybe we can do my Wii instead? We have been walking three days a week for about four miles.

Glad we are not having to brave snow and ice our walks!!

While today isn't going to be bad, I'm dreading Thursday and Friday. Temps are supposed to drop into the upper 20s! So that means all the snow that's melting right now is going to freeze.
