Well I'm glad he is not suffering.....
Want some help??? Becca has a nice sharp hatchet - if she doesn't want to tag along I'll ask if I can borrow it - and we can have some laughs, romping headless chickens, and I'm happy to do the chopping!Javamama said:Men
And FYI - I do not kiss any animals. Ever.
So there's another storm headed my way. Sigh. I can hear the thunder now.
How are your meaties coming along? I attempted to weigh a couple of mine - it made them very unhappy One roo was at least 7.5 pounds and a hen was about 6. I got them on April 15 and they were at least a few days old by then so that would make them about 6 weeks old. They are still getting around well but I'll probably process the big ones this weekend because it's supposed to get screaming hot next week.
aaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwww but there's no FUN in that!Javamama said:Heehee, we use a cone. No headless chicken is going to chase me around.
