Don't stress Pam, God always looks after his own. Do your best, but don't stress! Think Manna! LOL!
Glad to hear your mom got a job, that will help her in many ways, it will give her something to lean on as well.
Keeping you all in my prayers...if the job is meant to be for your hubby then it will happen, if not, then there are other things in store.
Hugs :hugs

Sounds like God's watching over your mom to present that perfect employment position. :)

Your ds is probably experiencing a great growth spurt.... The hit on the grocery bill sure can be hard. Maybe you can put portions into containers so that you can limit the amount he takes at one time.

I can remember those years well with our own son. I used to buy 2 of those large bags of oranges every week that were designated for after school munching. Jon could eat 8 to 12 oranges at once each day...and he would be *starving* for dinner an hour later when I got home from work. :p

Good luck!

The thing is he eats like this EVERYDAY!

My 15 yo is heading out to go hunting again today now that his school work is done. He never did find the deer that he hit. He is excited about it being youth hunt this weekend so he can use a gun! He thinks he has a better chance then! I sure hope so!
As a mom I am trying to understand the whole "Mom, I need to be dressed from head to toe in camo!" Translation= I need you to buy me some camo pants and hat! Yet he wears a BRIGHT ORANGE vest! Ummm...yeah a deer is going to get scared away because you wore faded black pants covered with paint streaks but is going to totally miss seeing the BRIGHT ORANGE vest! Uh huh!

Would it be less expensive to make his camo clothing? I saw camo sheets in a bargain bin at a store last spring..... I was just wondering.... I KNOW you have the ability to make anything! ;)

:celebrate Major celebrating going on in our house tonight! My oldest got his first deer! He shot a 10 point buck with a bow! The neighbor said it was 13 points but I was not counting little nubs...I know I am a mean mom! :plbb
Tomorrow he will be spending the day cutting it up and putting the meat in the freezer. I am going on a trip to Light Up Night in Pittsburgh and then Saturday we are super busy so he is going to have to take care of it. The neighbor gutted it all out for him. The neighbors dad let him have it when he found out my oldest did not do it and that he had done it for him! My oldest is pretty squeamish!

I am super proud of him! :weee
