I got an insurance paper today. My bill for the hospital for 1/23-1/28 was over $19,000!! I owe $869 for that. I now owe $1836 in total for my medical bills! I am thinking if I ever do have another baby I will just have the bills from baby girl paid for!! :gig
When we had our youngest (he's 27 now), our total portion of the bill was one quarter of your portion due! And I thought the $220 was outlandish for an overnight stay! :gig

Wow! An update that I neve expected!! Ron called today about softball....HE is now the coach of the 'loser' team and Pastor said that he had someone else in mind for the 'aggressive' team! The part that I can't believe is that the Pastor is OK with having an aggressive team and a loser team!! Of course Ron just went in and stated his position and that some people wanted and aggressive team and probably did not say it in a manner that made it sound like the other team would be considered the 'loser' team!
Suprisingly I am COMPLETELY okay with it!! Actually somewhat relieved that I am not a coach at this point! I told Ron that I would be on either team...which means I will HAVE to keep my mouth shut and not argue with whichever team coach that I get. :duc (So, please pray that I don't end up with Ron as my coach...we just don't seem to get along! LOL!!!)

YAY!! Cable is here!! High speed internet! WOOHOO!! Caller ID!! Unlimited long distance!! YAY!!!
I feel like I want to go hang out at Youtube just to see the difference!! It was near impossible to watch a video before because it took forever to stream and then I would use up all of my download time and be on punishment from the satelite company!
And I was the first one on my road to get it!! YAY!! They are going to the neighbors house next. Then two more houses tomorrow.
The neighbor that lives behind me will not be getting it because he will have to pay for the line to run to his house... a $1 a foot to install in the ground from the road to his house. He is WAY back there!!
The only difference is now I will have to look it up on the internet to see what is on TV. With Directv we could scroll through a week and see what was on when.

Something funny: We had to move our Christmas tree...yes you read that right...our Christmas tree so the guy could put the cable line into the living room. I said "We are probably the only house that you'll see today with the Christmas tree still up." His response: "Ya think?"
LOL!

The kids just got the tv from the van to work in their bedroom where they just installed the cable. They broke their big tv that is in there!! Grrr!!

The kids' school reimburses us $45 a month because the kids have to have internet for school. Our house phone was $45 a month, Directv was $50, and Satelite internet was $63 so all of this for $106 a month is a really good deal for us and the school still reimburses us $45 a month!
Now that we have unlimited long distance on our house phone I am seriously considering shutting off my cell phone. It is $15 a month for unlimited minutes.

DH's company has a big meeting next week and we will find out more...but I guess it is a rumor right now that the company lost a million dollars last month and that they are pretty much out of orders and work. DH says his line that he is on barely has enough work to get through today. The other rumor is that they may start cutting them back to four days a week...so that is 32 hours....short 16 hours PER PAY!! :barnie Things are already super tight with the pay cut he already took just to have a job and all of the medical bills that came in. It is only going to be by the grace of God that we make it if they cut his hours that much!
He is going to talk to a former co-worker that he worked with for years, who also lost his job when DH did, and see if the company he got hired with is hiring. John is making a $1 less an hour than DH but he is working like 55-60 hours a weeks so it would add out to be much more in the end. Or even seeing if he can work one or two days a week with him if they do cut down to 32 hours a week.
