I should have kept reading before I posted!
Here is question 2: The author writes of rules of class and privilege that are developing in
Moscow. What does he mean by this, and how are these rules affecting the city and its people?
His Response: It is effecting the city and its people because if you have money in Moscow, you might live in a gated mansion outside town and send your kids to boarding school in the Alps; you also might meet your end in a contract hit, blown to smithereens by a bomb ignited by state-of -the-art remote control.
Now I am off to read the actual article to see what it says!
