i dont think i get this antsy when my dogs due to give birth lol.
checked on them an hour ago...nothing...the larger breeds often "cook" a little longer though so im hoping this is one of those cases.
was online talking to my mum when i heard a POP and a bright flash of light and then no power, this was about 3ish...
called the power company they had someone out to fix the transformer at the end of my street within 30 mins! impressive! (if this was ct wed have ben waiting hours)
Waiting on the lady whos coming to look at the little peanut kitty, whos currently curled up ontop of jasper and ruby purring her little noggin off lol.
keeping my ears open (i hear cars commign down the street before i see them lol) so i can put the dogs in the bedroom...itll still be a bark fest but at least i cna closer the door, especially since shes bringing the kid with her...i might leash Dozer instead of putting him in the room...itll be good for him to see new people but i dont want him knocking over the little one.
so...when your waiting on someone whos supposed to e arriving "around" a certain time...
how long before you decide therenot showing...
this person was supposed to be here at around 4:30...we didnt exchange numbers (i dont like strangers having my cellphone number), its now after 5pm...how long do i wait before saying "screw you lady"...
its not like i have anywhere to be tonight BUT its drawing close to dinner time and im seriously impatient lately!
if your running late thats fine, let me know (she said shed drop me an email from her phone when she picked up her son and was on her way...)
if your not comming, FINE...but for heavens sake at least do the courtesy of telling me so..."sorry somehting came up" "we changed our mind" "zombies have overun my front yard and i cant leave my house.." yes, you read that right...if you dont want to tell me you changed your mind then make up an excuse, or something, but at the least just let me know when (or not) to expect you so i can go on with my own life.
oh well, this little grumpy gills is going to go play castleville for a few mins.
*head desk* so 6pm rolls around and nothign so i drop he an email and get an IMEDIATE responce (within 10 mins) stating her husband has been sick and she promises shell be here tomorrow...
you know...because you couldnt have emailed me before.
I dont have any other interested parties right now so i told her ill be home tomorrow evening but she has to give me a time frame to expect her and if shes not here within that time frame ill move on to the next person...
why oh why cant people just take 5 seconds to say "hey cant make it tonight would tomorrow be ok?"
gah.
still nothing on the buns...if they are going to pop tonight itll be LATE tonight, no fur in either box.
Darn it! :/ Wonder what's taking them so long I have at least 5 babies ot there. Still don't know for sure exactly how many. I'm afraid to touch them!!!
larger breeds can sometimes go a little longer...personally though i think there just trying to drive me crazy LOL.
i was just told of a doe who whent 41 days! *blink blink* i would sooo have to beat them lol...
Gonna take the dogs out in a second so ill check on them one last time tonight...but i doubt there will be anything going on tonight.
The good news is the temps are going to be much milder the next few days (soggy but mild) so even if they have babbits overnight theres a little less risk from temperatures and an under developed nest.
they have untill next tuesday to give me babbits...if nothing ill be re-breeding them on the 22nd...
No easter babbits but hey ill live right?!
Rowan my solid black might also be pregnant and if so shes got untill the first week in march...
