thanks guys, im smitten lol
momma and babies are doing great
well yesterdays yuck brought mud to the abbit pen...lots of it, and soaked beddig in the nest boxes.
had to bring in blackberries litter, lost 3 of her 7 they got damp and cold, but the other 4 i got uner the brooder lamp for a couple hours then once eveyrhting was clean i popped them back in the nest box
had to remove most of the fur in that nest it was jut too damp to keep em warm...saved some but will have to keep an eye on them.
the strawberry/hazel communal nest is doing ok too btu we got some upset tummies this morning, there not eating yet so must be something either one of the mommas got into.
got 1 little baby in that nest of 9 whos smaller, might try and foster her into blackberries nest once im convinced shes back to feeding her kits (they looked a little dehydrated this mrning but shes got plenty of milk so im thinking she just didnt feed cold babies)
tossed straw down in both pens to cover the mud too so everyone can sun bathe without getting compeltly filthy lol.
buns and goats got fresh hay, booked a straw delivery for probably tomorrow, 15 bales comming should be enough to do full spring clean out and have plenty left over.
lady hos buying 2 babies form me is doing a transport for me, so she stopped by for the carrier...(got a red rex buck comming, im VERY VERY excited about!)
and now ive got to work on this comission peice and get it inihsed. not much left to do on it, but still cant belive how fast the times gone that ive falled behind.
