It actually looks pretty good. I might have to try it when I start getting a ton of eggs.

well today whent pretty good with the carbs, still got enough cals and protein for a cheese string later, and I checked, and my body is tracing ketosis (burning fat rather than carbs) which is where I to be to clean out he system of carbs let the fungicides do their thing and hopefully kill the candida.
im hoping this will kickstart the weight loss too, but im more hoping to generally just feel better...
im hoping by Monday ill be on a higher level of ketosis and be able to maintain it for a month, after that starts the "anything" day routein, low carb 6 days a week but on the 7th I can have an "all out" day if I want it...(within reason obviously don't want the candida flaring back up, and no excuse to eat 5000 calories lol)

otherwise pretty quiet day, spent most of it chatting with my sister.

well the paperwork came through for the house stuff, got to get that sent back in tomorrow...
loks like theres 2 options I can consider, 1 is putting it in the hands of an agent as a short sale, and the other is simply giving them the house...both would avoid forclosure, got to do some looking into that one but its called "releasing your property" says it avoids forclosure, can only be done on a first mortgage and theres occasionally monetary moving assistance...so got some homework to do on that
got to also write a letter and get a copy of my income slip too to send out...but after that we should be clear. assuming theres no weird strings with releasing the property ill probably just do that so I don't have to worry about any short sale hassles.

I also spent this morning looking up some low carb recipies and ideas for meals...
ive got a fairly deacent looking meal list going that uses the meat in my freezer (just need a couple lbs of chicken) and should make enough servings to give me meals until moving time.
got some plans for cauli mash and cauli rice, some cabbage dishes, some veg for stirfry ect. should be some good veriety of flavors and textures...
caved today and ate a slice of bread with my eggs, its oat based rather than wheet so im hoping it works out, and even with the dinner ive got planned tonight I should still end up right around 30-35g of carbs for the day which is my current goal...
heres to hoping I like cauli lol.

otherwise, its a beautiful day, spent some time out with the bunnies, gave the goats fresh hay, let the dogs run around the yard some...ate lunch on the back deck...took keira for a walk at the park...

this afternoons plan is to remove and pack up what laundry is clean and still in the car...most of that can be boxed up...and try and pack the craft stuff.
right now the tentative date for dad flying out is the morning of the 20th, ill pick him up, well go get the truck and then spend Thursday packing, well be leaving either Friday or Saturday depending on how long it takes to pack the truck and home by sunday at the latest...
this gives me a month...a month to pack all the none nececities (which if I make a months worth of meals over the next week means ill be able to pack a lot of my larger kitchen stuff ready too...) and get rid of everything im not planning on taking...
I think I can make that work.

well if its not one thing...
*sigh*

had a power surge this afternoon and immediately after my fridge stopped working, fuse black, tried a fuse form another circuit, blew that one too...
gonna pick up some band new tomorrow (ive no idea how old these fuses are, there the plug/screw in old type and ive no ida when they were last replaced...
but if that doesn't solve the issue looks like the compressors gone...the work alone to fix it would be problematic but replacement parts are hard to find due to the age...and more s...expensive...
sooo not worth it for a month...so if it doesn't fix the issue itll likey mean having to bump the move up and me having to move everyone temporarily into the parents guest room...thatll be...fun...

seriously couldt just give me the month...
and worse I spent a small fortune today on fresh veggies and low carb supplies...if everything goes bad...

and because I used the fuse form the back bedroom ligh circuit I have no porch kitchen bathroom or bedroom light....
thankfully looks like the livingroom and most of the kitchen outlets hve their own circuits...

Sigh...
I get it life...I do..but please, a LITTLE break over this next month and simply let things go smoothly would be freeking lovely!
