Happy Birthday! :ya

Things will get better. These are the times when prayer and trusting the Lord really matter so we can go where He wants to lead us. :hugs

Happy Birthday.

As for DH and the job. Its possible they are filing Chapter 13 for re-organization. Which means they will still be open and have employees. So even if its true he may still have a shot at the job. But why don't he just ask them straight out? Surely they know there are rumors flying and people are concerned.

Keeping my fingers and toes crossed that things are better soon.

Things will look up soon! Keep the faith. :)

BTW I was really old when I was 29 too, but now that I am 47, I am getting younger everyday! :gig

"Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional" At least that is what the bumper sticker on my car says

Happy birthday! 29 is not old. I just turned 46 and still feel pretty young. Hope things come through soon for him, so you can all get back up home.

Sending up words for you & your family, hon. Both on the job issue and for you guys to have some peace & security.
On the in-laws...some folks... well, they just WANT to be miserable. You can't fix it. It's like the drama addiction, they just want to be there, so they are.

Happy belated birthday, you youngun! (I'm 32 :D )

I was out feeding this morning and got called in to start packing by MIL. So I guess she has finally come to terms with us leaving. She even helped. IF everything works out we will be leaving in a few days. Dh has applied, interviewed and drug tested for another trucking company and should hear something beginning of next week. While on the phone with dh he was telling me about a news story telling Arkansans to be prepared for a the possibility of a major earthquake in the next 2 years. I didn't find that exact story, but I did find this one:

Guy is about 20 miles south of our place.
