I do flour and seasoning only on those. I cook them individually and flip them, so that each bite is crispy and oh...forgot what I was saying Yeah..so that both sides are crispy and they don't get super greasy. I vrey much dislike this thread now...I'm gonna be hungry ALL DAY! Fried chicken for supper tonight though! I may fry some okra and squash to go with it, and make biscuit & gravy. OH! GRAVY!!!
