Ok then, theres some some plums and apples on sale recently. we'll see need to sleep with the idea to decide. Gonna use some beer bottles for it, or maybe get some wine bottles, we'll see about that too I guess.

No recipy but Smuckers has just come out with a new marmalade with grapefruit. oranges and another citrus that I am very fond of. I think you make pepper jelly by boilling the peppers in something mild juice like apple juice which already has lots of pectin to make it jell and the pepper rides right over the apple flavor so you don't taste it. you can find all kinds of recipes on line, just do a search.
