It's Tortoise that has the been issue. Mine's onions, but I sympathize.
yep. Onion intolerance is much more difficult, IMO. A close friend has severe onion / garlic intolerance in addition to food allergies and IBS. It's really hard for her. Legumes are easier to avoid, IMO.

My DD15 also has a garlic intolerance and it is so hard to avoid. With this and her peanut allergy it is almost impossible to eat out-hard when you are 15 and want to go places with your friends.

Helps me with trying to get on track with eating healthier, but still there are a lot of dishes that use garlic as a main flavor-lots of compromising here

Oh that's bad. Mom has IBS now and it does horrible things to her. She also has diverticulitis so it makes it even worse as IBS can cause problem with that. She's so limited on what she can safely eat.

Jump in coal per ton surprised me... Didn't see that one coming. Along with electricity production, coal turned into coke is one of the key ingredients in making steel. Along with iron ore of course.

hmmm, looks like I will be driving less. Might put my kids on the school bus. It's a long ride for them - about an hour - but school drop-off/pick-up is the bulk of my driving now. 24 miles/day.
Same for me on both accounts-time on the bus and the amount of miles driving
