To answer the question posed in the title, No, I am not ashamed of Jesus, I am ashamed of all the people who do things in his name that go against EVERYTHING he taught us.

I need extreme advice.

I need to reachout to my God less teenage friends. I have to help them. I feel its my duty to spread the word. But I havent a clue how to. Any tips?

Leading by example, little Buddy, is going to be your best bet with teenagers. I like what Wanna said about lessons being 'caught' not taught.
No one likes to be lectured...especially teens.

Are there ways that you could reach out to a couple...invite them to your church or see if anyone would be interested in a teen bible study? Or have a few friends over to watch a pointed movie....something that leans toward Christ and see if that piques their interest?

Most of all, be creative and come thru the backdoor, not head on thru the front. That is how teens seem to work...at least in my experience with raising three!

Be the one that stands out from the crowd while still being in the crowd. Set a good example, be kind, don't preach but do offer a shoulder on which to cry. Be polite and helpful and don't get caught up in the reindeer games.

When kids ask you why you are different, tell them. They will ask, never fear.

Invite them to your church youth meetings, start a Bible study like you did here, organize a night among area churches where teens can come together for games, food and fun. Encourage everyone to invite at least one other person.

I like Matthew 5, I believe it is.

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

In the midst of darkness, BE light. Not in a hypocritical "holier-than-thou" way, but by living what you believe and loving them.

Pray for them. Pray that God will open their hearts, and give you opportunities to reach the ones who are ready, and help you to know how to do that.

I believe it is God who gives the increase. It is merely our honor to be allowed to work a little bit with Him. Don't go running off ahead of God, or you will have very little success. Work WITH God, and you will have much success. :)
