Bee, have you ever watched the Passion of the Christ?
I love that movie and dislike it at the same time. It is hard to watch at some points, but ya can't turn your attention away either. I think emotionally it evokes an important reminder of just what He did for us that the imagination just can't do justice. I cry every time I watch it....

I've seen it before but cannot remember how I felt to watch it. Too bad ol' Mel turned out to be such a schmuck, though. :(

I get more emotional watching The Ten Commandments and Ben-Hur, I think. Every single time.

From John 3, a few verses stand out to me:

One of my favorites that I found in a time when I wondered just why I could find no kindred spirit in this world~ 13 Do not be surprised, brethren, if the world hates you

And another that comes to my mind when I encounter people who feel very smug and content in their material possessions and don't often give a thought to those who are in need~ 17. But whoever has the worlds goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? 18. Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.

What does it feel like physically when you folks feel the presence of the Holy Spirit? Can you describe it? I'm wondering if we all feel the same feeling.... :)
I feel a warmth and tingling all over my body and such a strong feeling of love. Love for God, Jesus and all people. This is when I can understand God's overwhelming love for all of us. I just want to worship him. Suddenly all my problems seem small in His presence.
