How do you do your chili? Texas style, with all meat and no beans? Traditional with just beans? Beans and meat? Do you like it soupy or thick? Spicy or mild? Bacon or none!? There are so many variations!
I've never found a chili I like quite as much as store bought. I love cattle drive chili, but not the "gold" kind which is the only kind I can find anymore. (It has corn in it). I would love to be able to make some of my own that I like as much. What do you all do?
