Just had a glass. Throat feels a little better. Nose is tingling. Back of the sinuses are draining. Will report back in a little while.

My left sinus cleared so I slept pretty well. Starting to get stuff again so time for another glass. I am going to run out of the " good milk " though. Might have to get the "almost good" milk from vitamin cottage.

good milk = raw milk from Windsor dairy
almost good milk = low temp vat pasteurized stuff from vc

I had some first thing this morning -- although, because I detest warm milk, I 'freelanced' and just stirred the stuff into cold milk, dunno whether that would affect how it works.

I probably feel somewhat better, sinus-wise (not that my cold is particularly bad at the moment)... but gee, if you put a good dollop of honey and cinnamon into it, that really tastes GOOD :) I really like the stuff. I think I may take up drinking it recreationally, cold or no cold :)

True. You could turn your bathroom into a barn. Keep the Ducks in the tub. The chickens could roost on the shower curtain. And your Nigerian Dwarf could live in the closet. I think I have it figured out.
