I have ~1/2 acre of yard left valued at $20K/acre and that has a private access lane running by the front and a 4 lane divided limited access highway running by the back. I got the pasture knocked down to$5K/acre this year and will go after the old lawn next year. The land in the area will not pass a perc test (solid red clay) so the land is not buildable(mine was sneaked through years ago before they even bothered to test) even if somebody was deaf and could pit up with the highway noise.~gdmandieg4 said:Does your county tax assessor have their records online?
