A term we came up with for evil relatives/in-laws/"friends".
The Evil Ones.
We all have them, some more than others unfortunately.

Mine (Aunt) is going to be charged with fraud, be fined & have to pay my parents for timber she sold off land that belonged to them jointly. She fraudulently got a power of attorney on my dad's mom and used it to transfer ownership of the old farm to her & her hubby's name. Not only did she sign grandmother's name, she did it AFTER grandmother was diagnosed with Alz.

You reap what you sow... Or in other words, karma's a B****h.

Yup, she is DEF TEO!!! Carma ALWAYS gets ya!
Peeing off the porch...HA! My grandsons LOVE coming out here, so they can "pee outside" Heck, I have to admit...there has been a time or ...20...that I couldn't make it up from the barn. :/

Keep looking and keep asking questions. It's a great way to learn and help clarify your dreams. You never know what you may stumble across!

Unfortunately, when others are unhappy with their own lives, they will try to bring others down with them. You and Zach will have to be super strong for eachother. And just put your blinders on to the rest of them!

One thing I found when learning about goals and goal setting is to put things in writing. Are you keeping a journal or notebook of your ideas and what you like or don't like about the different properties? Then if you have a down day, you can glance back through it to help mentally refocus yourself and get back on track.

My dh and ds pee outside all the time. My request is usually that they aren't facing the neighbors house.

I have to admit while in the desert if you have to go to have to go. So as a sit down kinda gal. I sit on the tire to my off road vehicle, or a large rock. If you perch yourself on the edge there is usually no problems.

Murphy's why do yo have to have your tank pumped? I have heard that people do this every few years, but why? If the system is working and all. We have lived in our house for 8 years and have never pumped anything. I do have a huge septic tank though. I think the requirement for a 4 br house was near 15,000 gallons.
