Na the ice maker never goes to the desert I have to truck all our ice in for that. I hate running my generator. It totally kills the mood. I like the quiet out there.

I even have a huge bank of back up 12 volt batteries and a 3000 watt inverter. I use those for making coffee and running movies at bed time for the kids. I just can't stand when people run there generators all day.

We use the ice maker when we have hook up. Really just 2 or 3 times so far. National parks, KOA etc..

yea I hear you on the generators. We don't have one right now but Tony has been wanting to have one installed so bad. I keep saying no. I don't want the whirl of a generator either. tons of state parks have at least power hookup around here so I keep telling him why bother.

when we retire and travel out west etc, I know he will buy an RV with a generator. he does want to boondock a bit...lol

oh my gosh Sat was so busy yesterday. darn tired.

Nicole had her friend over and they kept me hopping a bit...jsut always gotta have that eye on them lol...very nice little girl tho...so she has a good kid as a friend. Her parents are nice also. So all good there!

Tony bushhogged most of the pasture fence lines etc. This year he wants to hay our 5 acres here at the house. Beautiful grass this year.

DaD informed me he is going to a downtown festival on friday to sell soap...he got a personal invite from the committee to sell at a booth....uh, a little late on the invite...nice to know sooner ya know lol

he wants tons of soap --he has Thurs night at Lowell, new market he wants to try, then the festival on friday (est. 6,000 attending), sat is the regular market. He is going to wipe out my entire soap inventory...ugh....so yesterday I made tons of soap batches all thru the day....I have to get a bunch curing or I will be so far behind. next week will be all about soap again lol

dinner at crap buffet was ok....food, ugh...but ok....didn't eat much, just not my kind of foods, but salad bar was equipped nice and fresh. Tony ate alot and came home kinda sick lol...serves him right on stuffing on greasy crap lol


off to Moms and dads today...kinda cloudy, but Nicole might be able to play in the lake if it warms up a bit with some sun. Tony wants to fish...hybrid strippers are biting hard now.

got mom a little pretty flower garden flag. she doesn't need nothing but it will be cute in the flower bed out front lol

Tony and Nicole to clean my car as my present...will see if tha that happens lol

well back from mom and dads
ate great, Nicole swam, played cards, all was fun.

everyone is pooped


brought a total of 250 bars to Dad

had to keep 100 bars for a store order I have to deliver on Mon. morning


at any given time I have at least 400 bars on hand and now I am damn near wiped out again. 400 on hand is not enough. I think I need to buy about 10 more molds. And get a true stock of about 750 bars at any time on hand. this season started off huge in soap sales. Dad sold $350 on Sat and he said the crowd was not big so for in season I am going to have to have huge inventory.

all great but all a ton of work also LOL


well off to relax for a minute and fold laundry in a bit

OK I used your soap. My skin felt soft for hours afterwards and smelled good too. Now my whole bathroom smells wonderful. I can see why you get such a demand for it.
