 But it ALWAYS happens again :p

At least me and DD are good now. Forget him if he can't stop being pigheaded :/

Anyway, DD WILL be 16 Saturday :) She can FINALLY go out with friends...except that one kid that she's friends with that rode my bumper with her brights on glaring in my mirror the first night I picked her up from work...that kid needs to chill out a bit before I trust her to let my kid ride with her!! Dangerous! But she has a few friends that are good drivers.

I got interrupted by the phone. Kiddos in Kentucky got their birthday gifts this afternoon. Young man is tickled to death lol :)

DD's will be on Easter next year :)

We got the greenhouse straightened up a bit. R is building a feed room at the back center of the garage and we're building coops down both sides tomorrow :D I knew we could accomplish a lot if we got a little help and a few days designated for JUST farm work!! I didn't even cook dinner yesterday, we had leftovers. Today I'll have to slow down around dinner time and actually cook :/ BUT, we are pretty far on our To Do list, so I guess I can spare the time.

I gotta get back out there and get going again though. Been in the house for about an hour to eat lunch and let it settle a bit. See ya'll shortly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Greenhouse is clean. 217 plants started. Three walls of the feed room are up. Chicken tractor is moved. Dinner is served and consumed...chocolate chip waffles, deer sausage, and scrambled eggs :drool Tomorrow is going to be another full day as we begin on the coops and moving birds. DD was a HUGE help! We have gotten so much done in there. I'd have never gotten even half that done in two days without her helping!! This place is beginning to shape up a bit. With R, I like working with him, but NOT in the greenhouse!! Also, we spend half the day talking, because he will stop, have a full half hour conversation, and then start back only to stop 30 minutes later for another conversation  I laugh at him all the time about that, he's so funny, but we don't get enough done, and now is really crunch time!!!! So plants are started....and the ground is almost ready. Planting is going to be a nightmare. We have over 700 plants started right now, if even half those do well and get set out, it's going to be seriously labor intense around here for a couple weeks. I don't even have everything started that is planned at this point. We're probably looking at a couple thousand plants......and DH wondered WHY I needed DD here for 3 days!!! We're ALMOST back on schedule now. Food trucks have set me back abut a week, but I am NOT complaining, I love my volunteer job!!

Still not speaking to DH, and he's not speaking to me either, which is absolutely fine with me. I slept on the couch again last night. He better hurry up and apologize...I'm starting to like the couch. A LOT! No snoring, no blanket snatching, kicking, punching in the nose at 3 a.m. no waking up at 4.......I may never move back in!
DD and I talked about the issue today. SHE brought it up and I usually won't discuss things like that with her in detail, but we had a good talk, and she understands. She knows how mad i am, and why, and that it's not her fault. She did get her tail chewed a bit about being mouthy and belligerent that afternoon, which WAS her fault, but I was trying to be lenient due to the fact she was without her meds at the time and then DH jumped in and jumped down my throat and escalated the whole thing. We talked most of the time we were out there...about 6 hours of work today. I actually get along great with that kid most of the time to the point that, if we were the same age, we'd likely be friends even though we don't have a great deal in common. Sometimes I think it's too bad I have to be her mom, cause I sure CAN'T be both! I kinda think that's what DH doesn't "get" about our relationship. According to him, we are NEVER supposed to argue or confront each other about ANYTHING or loudly discuss :p or talk anything out. We'll I'm sorry, we're human, and female, and both have strong personalities, and if we can't be brutally honest with each other sometimes, then I don't want any kind of relationship with her....wish he'd get that through his thick skull. :/ He has crawled all over her the last few afternoons for stupid stuff, and we're both just wondering what the crap his deal is lately. It's beginning to be even more annoying. And so the drama continues.....

I am sleepy now  I'm tired, and full of dinner......is it bedtime yet?!!?
