LOL! The best advice I ever got was from a pastor when I went in just in tears over it all. He said remember who is really in control...God...and keep in mind that no matter how much you would like to, you cannot control anyone.
Don't take anything that child does personally...just give them up the the Lord every morning and every night...

After that chat I was so thankful that my bad a$$ little son was really just "borrowed" for a while...j/k :gig
Now THERE is a concept I can live with :D She's borrowed...now where can I return her!?!?!
   I used to think very much along the same lines...
I DO feel your pain!
I tell ya some days...I LOVE her to pieces but Lord can she get on my last nerve

Well, you're doing much better than I ever did then...because I cannot remeber a day that I loved that one to peices...wanted to tear him to peices, yes...
Gosh the school principal used to call and say "I am sorry I have had your son in my office for two hours now...he has been suspended and I was going to try and keep him here to give you a break...but if you don't come and get him real soon I can't promise I won't hurt him..." LOL!

I think every parent has times they wish they could put their child/ren on layaway for a time period.

Nah, tonight was a fun night in the ol' homestead, I'll keep 'em. ;)

Home is supposed to be the haven from the outside world. I have to keep reminding myself that on the difficult days. I'll probably get it "right" about the time the youngest flies the coop. :hit
