I experimented with Mexican food tonight. We had some cottage cheese about to go bad, so I hid it in TACOS! It was sOOOOOO good! I figured it's taco meat, right? And cottage cheese is cheese, right? So why not? Best tacos I have ever made myself. The sauce was kind of creamy and the meat wasn't so bad about falling out of the shell. I think I have a new taco recipe. I didn't say ANYthing, I let them ask what was different and did the innocent "Why? Do ya like it better?" They loved it! I think hubs got too full though, and DD is STILL eating! I dunno where she puts all that food, but she keeps it up she's gonna hafta get a job I was hoping for some leftovers, but uh....maybe not

I know, right? It suprised me too how good it turned out It completely melts into a creamy slightly cheesy sauce. I also put onion powder, ground cumin, and a half can of rotel tomatoes in about 1 pound of beef.

Me and the 6 yr old niecey girl just made homemade FUDGE!!!!!!! It smells so goooooooood and i wanna take a biiiiiite right nooooow but the kids would kill me for getting firsts I'm gonna get fat :/ I have to wait a WHOLE HOUR to let it harden...sooooooooooo not fair.
