Perhaps some outside person should "tip off the IRS" and let them know that the employer is, shall we say, not playing by the rules, without mentioning any names. The IRS can figure this out very easily with an audit and the employer will have to, as we say in the Navy, COME TO J*sus on this one. DH can't lose a job if he doesn't know who "blew the whistle". It should happen while DH and the employer are in the same space at the same time so the employer can't "suspect" DH. Might just work. Who knows? It is after all, just a thought. :idunno

The employer knows he has DH over a barrel and is using that to protect himself. Frankly, that stinks. He needs to be horse whipped!
He is working on his tax issues actually. Everything should be fine by the end of next pay period. YAY! :)

THANKS ABI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I have had a loooooong day. I actually DID get to sleep in till 7:30 though  Mom called and woke me up :/ Then I got a voicemail to come do the dog fence about 45 minutes away, so I fed the animals, gathered my tools and took off. About an hour later...I got to the job, knocked out setting all the posts, and braces in about 3 hours, and left. I got home around 2, gathered eggs, started a load of laundry, washed dishes, and started supper. Ate supper around 6 ish, washed dishes again, dried the clothes, and watered the garden. Then I got a call from the neighbor to come over so she could show me what all she wanted me to do for the next 5 days while they go on vacation.

Now tomorrow I get the pleasure of working with my DH since he will be off his regular job tomorrow. I figure about 3 hours will get it done with both of us running the fence wire. Then we have to come home and work here for a while on a bazillion loose ends

DD is on her way home...trip cut a week and a half short, due to "snowing at Yosemite" and they "can't get to Montana" to see my niece and her kids. SOOOOOO, I am halfway through her room, and she is on her way home...and I have a ton of other things pressing that need to be done. Guess she'll be helping with a lot of it. I do want to get her room done before she gets back, but have no idea how I will accomplish THAT with everything else. :hu I still have a bed to break down and take out, another to get from the attic and put up, vacuuming, shampooing, reorganizing, laundering all her linens/curtains/pillows/etc. She should be home Friday night. :th

OH I FORGOT...I made DH some homemade picante with stuff from the garden, so I wanted to have tacos for supper. I got out my recipe for tortillas, but used the wrong flour? :/ Anyway, the WRONG flour turned out BETTER than the regular tortillas!! I have a NEW recipe now :D If you ever liked Taco Bell chalupas, the shell, soft and thick and yummy...I have a recipe for it and it is easy peasy! Totally by accident I made something delicious :drool Here it is if anyone wants it:

Chalupa Shells
______________

3 cups self rising flour
1/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cup lukewarm water

Mix everything together in a bowl until a ball forms. Take the doughball and place on a floured counter or board and let rest 10 minutes. Divide into about 8-10 parts. Form a small ball and roll out onto a floured surface until about 1/16th of an inch thick. Flip into a HOT greased skillet for 30 seconds per side.

It is SOOOOOOOOOO delicious, especially with REAL meat on it
