YES! I hope so too. I wish they'd call or something though and set up a time to meet, do the thingy, or something. I'd feel better if they'd just call to ask me a bunch of dumb questions at this point I wanna know what's goin on!!!

Well, if it's a govvie agency, they have to prove their usefulness and worthiness of tax money by wasting as much as possible in red tape

That, and they are really and truly backed up on such things. I've had friends work for such agencies and it's a mess.
