Well...the neighbors(in-laws) aren't getting to keep their house :( There is some good news though...we get to take down and haul over here their free standing garage he was using as a workshop :D I'm thinking nice small barn :D :D There is a LOT of building supplies left over there that they said they aren't taking, that we're welcome to get. I see lotsa building going on over here pretty soon ;) And whatever we don't need, we'll find someone who can use it. I am NOT letting that stuff go to waste if it can be recycled. The stupid mortgage company will let it go to a landfill :/ We'll see what we can salvage, and there is probably more than enough fence over there to finish off the bean trellises :D

The inlaws were told by the mortgage company to remove every improvement they had made since getting the place, including the 24 x 32 polebarn they had built!!! They begged us to take it, but we had no way to get it from there to us at the time :hit Mortgage companies are weird!

We should be able to get a few loads of scrap from over there too, and LOTS of stuff for a yard sale later. They are throwing out SO MUCH stuff, it is UNreal :th Brand new cordless drill...because he can't find the charger :hu Brand new 5 gallon gas cans, the steel kind, that are expensive to buy...tossing because they only "need one"...um then where did the others even come from? Their loss though. :hu i asked if she was willing to have a yard sale...nope, don't have time or patience for such things :th

:D I'm gonna see ;) So far we have eyes on a shepherds hook, a truckload of lumber, at least 2 truckloads of steel and various metals, about a dozen metal gas cans, 3-4 rolls of wire fencing, a couple dozen hand tools, another wheel barrow, a couple dozen power tools, and various dog houses, about 40 ft. of privacy fence, several dozen yard tools, shovels, rakes, hoes, roll after roll of duct tape and any other type of tape you can think of....even a dip net to catch birds, etc. etc. I could start a huge workshop with all that is just laying round not being used exposed to the weather in that yard :th and that's JUST the yard! The garage and leftovers in the shop of wood, tools, and useful small items is jaw dropping. They just want no part of it :hu I think they could pay their rent for 3 months just by selling everything they're leaving behind on the cheap!

I think you've seen the place Pinky on the other side of the privacy fence....there is literally hundreds of dollars worth of stuff they're not taking :ep I bet I have a big yard sale when we're done. I feel like a picker
