We got one of those pop corn showers this afternoon. Poured big rain drops for about 30 minutes then stopped. They extended the excessive heat warning until tomorrow evening. And are now saying 50% chance of showers and thunder storm tomorrow and 40% chance Saturday.

We had T-storm warnings over past 48 hrs. Here, I have gotten a touch over an inch, intermittently....and some slight cooling...no T-storms. Today overcast, it's 83 now, so good day. 😊. Good thing, as it's a gardening day for me.

we've not had much rain at all. storms miss us north or south. today is a nice breezy 75F, tonight will be cool (down to 50F in the forecast) and then we'll get back to some hotter temperatures here or there but nothing into the 90s at least for the next week. humidity is always the issue and if we have any kind of a breeze. only one chance of rain so far in the forecast.
