We got rain today...late day and less than predicted. Not complaining, some is better than none! Plus, the day isn't over.

Cooler today, low 80s, and then back up to hot and muggy for the rest of the week.

@Trying2keepitReal pretty much same here. Overcast first half of today. Then comes sun! . We've had a little over 2" of rain in past 2 days...grass is on steroids now!

Been raining off and on all day. Perfect timing, though, most folks got their hay and wheat in, and the corn needed a good soaking

For the entire month of July we've had less than an inch. So far .90 - not much chance for more for the next 10 days or so unless it's a rare, stray pop-up shower. High today is 99 - triple digits again starting Tuesday and lasting at least the next 10 days. Hope the forecasts are wrong, wrong, wrong!

100 to 103 for next 10 days and probably beyond that. Drought, grass is zilch and I had 5 dead trees cut at new farm, in the yard. Damaged by below zero temperatures during Snowmeggdon February 2021, then drought, they withered and died. 4 enormous oaks right next to the house plus a dead pine. There are 2 more dead oaks, but are in 2 separate pastures. And I’ve got to get some fence up in this heat?

We will be near 101 today and tomorrow and then upper 90s. LOTS of humidity. Hope you all stay cool and your animals can be cool

Humidity in the 40/50s, should be fine. Wife said it would be too hot to bring some crappie home. Boohoo.

Will check to see if we can snag okra somewhere
