I kind of cheated on the head space, so I guess I’ll see in the morning whether they all ping. The water in the canner is decidedly orange!

No, I pressure canned them in my Presto. I’m assuming the water turned orange from siphoning. (If that’s the correct term.)

Only takes it happening to one freaking jar and I'm cleaning tuna oil off everything with vinegar once fully cool. It happens

We have canned peaches, apppes, onions, and more in our basement that have been there for 14 years but where canned years before that in the 90’s are they still good? Can we eat ‘em?
